Our dental philosophy is built around a series of different elements, each of which we believe is integral to the patient experience and contributes significantly to dental health outcomes. One of the main reasons we opened The Reef was so that we could do things differently — namely, so that we could focus on the quality of the patient experience, instead of patient quantity, which is unfortunately often the focus of many dental clinics. We are a hygiene-focused practice. This means we prioritise prevention and maintenance. We make sure our patients understand that optimal oral health is dependent upon a series of positive habits repeated daily, monthly and annually.
