(b) Infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and confidentiality rights.

(c) Harasses, abuses, threatens, or discriminates against any person or group.

(a) Is false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

(b) Promotes illegal or harmful activity.

(c) Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code.

(d) Breaches AHPRA or TGA advertising standards.

(e) Uses SmileOS AI outputs in a way that misleads patients or creates false claims about dental treatments or outcomes.

(a) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, accounts, or networks connected to the Services.

(b) Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without prior written consent.

(c) Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or data mining tools to extract data from SmileOS or SmileSearch.

(d) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, availability, or performance of the Services.

(a) Send spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk marketing messages.

(b) Engage in fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices.

(c) Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or association with any organisation.

(a) Investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

(b) Suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach.

(c) Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy.

(d) Report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.
